Friends of the Kingston Historical Museum to Host Antique Appraisal Day

The Friends of the Kingston Historical Museum will be hosting an Appraisal Day on May 20, 2018 from Noon to 3:00pm at Kingston Town Hall, on Main St. Daniel Olmstead of Daniel Olmstead Antiques in Newfields, NH will give verbal appraisals. A wide variety of antiques and collectible from furniture, works of art, jewelry, military memorabilia, photographs, china and glass are welcome. The appraisal fee is $5.00 per item and $10.00 3 plus items (5 items max.) This is your chance to win that family bet that Aunty’ s vase really is worth something while at the same time helping the Friends raise money to support the museum.
The Kingston Historical Museum is headquartered in the Nichols Memorial Library, and is open weekly on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am to noon. All of the Museum buildings including Firehouse, Grace Carriage Barn, Cobbler Shop and Tramp House, are open during the summer months on the second Saturday of each month June through October from 1:00 to 4:00 pm or by appointment.
