Property Tax Information

Property Tax Liens - In accordance with State of NH Law, property tax liens are executed in mid to late May on any properties which have unpaid prior year property taxes.
Property Deed - In accordance with State of NH Law, property taxes not paid for 2 years and 1 day from the date a tax lien was recorded are subject to the deeding process.
